Friday 11th December

What a tough week! Having colleagues, and friends get the virus has hit us hard, and I am glad to say that people are on the mend.

Not being in school is always a challenge. I feel that there is a relationship of mutualism between pupils and staff: we hope that the children get various benefits from staff (education, nurture), but we cannot underestimate the benefits that children give to staff. Speaking for myself, I certainly gain a great sense of purpose, and extreme happiness from working with the children of Class 4. This term, I have been reminded of just how talented you all are. To see children presenting their artwork, winning dance competitions (see previous post), creating Minecraft videos to help the planet, making video presentations, writing fantastic stories, passing musical exams, representing sports teams, and many more, shows what a talented group you really are. Have a lovely day!
