End of week 4

Wow! The weeks are flying past at an incredible pace.

We had some beautiful writing this week based on the short film ‘The Piano’. It got very emotional at certain points. In reading, the big reveal shocked a few children, but many had already worked it out. Our knowledge of factors, multiples, primes, cubes and squares has really improved. In science, we had some fun making burglar alarms. We also discovered a new game to play at break at lunchtimes.

For next week:

Tuesday = PE

Wednesday = Christmas dinner

Friday = Non-school uniform (please see the PTFA letter that was sent out for more information)

As the days become colder, please ensure that children have coats.

Also, a special mention to those children who are currently unable to attend school for certain reasons. Thank you for the hard work that you are doing at home during these challenging times.
