Update

Good evening, everyone. Just a quick update.

The majority of home learning has gone on to the site. I just need to upload the creative writing challenge.

Term two is going really well. In English, we are moving on to creating a piece of writing based on the short animation film, ‘The Piano’.

In reading, we are continuing with ‘Orphans of the Tide’ and in a week or two, we will be moving on to ‘Friend or Foe’.

Maths will be multiplication and division, factors, multiples, prime numbers.

In topic, having completed some work on the Battle of Dunkirk, we will now be looking at the impact of countries such as Russia and the United States of America.

Our work on electricity continues in science.

It has been great to talk with parents over the phone, and I look forward to speaking to people over the next week or two. As always, if there are any worries or concerns then please contact me.
